My obsession with cycling started in 1998, in Reading, UK. After spending the majority of my career racing on the British scene, I made the move over to Indianapolis, USA to get my Bachelors of Science in Sports Performance degree from Marian University. I spent 4 years on the Marian University Cycling Team and picked up 10x National Championships in both Elite and Collegiate levels. On the international scene, I have represented Great Britain at 5x European Derny Championships, placing top 5 on two occasions and raced a number of Six Day races in Berlin and Copenhagen.

Once I graduated my passion turned to coaching. I spent 8 years coaching the Marian Cycling Track Team, and was also the Director of Performance and Programs at the Major Taylor Velodrome. I still race to this day, and have been fortunate enough to race/train at more than 60 velodromes around the world, while learning from some of the best coaches and riders in the world. 

In 2023, Euro Pro Coaching and Euro Pro Custom Paint became my full time profession. Passing on what I've learnt from my riding and coaching career is something I've enjoyed for a long time!
